Luqra engages with various third-party partners, including Independent Sales Agents (ISAs), Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), and Referral Partners, to introduce merchants to Luqra’s products and services. These parties operate under separate agreements as independent contractors and are not employees of Luqra.
Luqra values its partner network but wishes to make clear the following:
Independent Sales Agents & ISO Partners
Independent Sales Agents and ISO partners are independent contractors. They are not employees of Luqra, nor do they have authority to legally bind Luqra.
While they may promote Luqra’s services, Luqra is not responsible for any misuse of its brand, nor for any marketing activities, sales techniques, tactics, promotions, rate promises, or other claims made by these independent parties.
Only written agreements, official Luqra communications, and materials published directly by Luqra should be considered authoritative. Merchants should carefully review all contract terms before entering into any agreement.
Referral Partners
Referral partners are also independent third parties who may receive compensation from Luqra for successful referrals. Referral partners do not have authority to speak on behalf of Luqra or to set rates, fees, or terms.
Luqra is not responsible for any claims, descriptions, or representations made by referral partners regarding Luqra’s services, pricing, promotions, or brand.
As with ISO partners and agents, only official Luqra agreements and communications are binding.
