All merchant accounts are subject to the various contractual rights and regulatory provisions imposed by banks, card companies and state and federal regulators. In addition, Luqra maintains discretionary authority, as it deemed appropriate, to apply reserves, impose volume limitations and/or or institute funding delays for reasons aligned with its fiduciary responsibilities. This capability is required to uphold the integrity of financial processes and maintain a judicious operational framework.
