 What makes Luqra different for dropshippers?

Dropshipping is a volatile business filled with sudden large spikes in volumes (and chargebacks) – a red flag for most processors which can result in held funds and frozen accounts.

At Luqra, we understand that these spikes are just part of the business – and you wont be punished for it.

 How do you handle chargebacks?

Our custom payment portal has automated fraud and chargeback management tools that can help prevent up to 95% of chargebacks.

If you do have a sudden spike in chargebacks you can still continue to operate as normal – but your dedicated rep will reach out to review and make sure everything is alright.

 Do you integrate with Shopify?

**Yes we integrate with Shopify.** Your checkout screen and Shopify dashboard will work exactly the same as it does currently.

 Do I need a business bank account to apply?

If you apply as a LLC or Corporation, yes you will need a business bank account that is under your LLC or Corporation.

However, if you elect to apply as a Sole Proprietor, you can use your personal bank account.

 How long does it take for an account to be approved?

Just as every business is different, every approval process is different. On average, it takes about a week to go through the application process. Our Relationship Managers have been trained to help businesses of all shapes and sizes, and will work with you to guide you through the process as quickly as possible.

 What if I live outside the United States?

**To apply with Luqra, your business will need to be legally registered in the United States, with an EIN.** If you live outside the US, you will need a member within your organization to act as the signer/guarantor that currently lives in the United States. Please talk to one of our Relationship Managers for more details.

 How do I get started with Luqra?

You can apply to Luqra using our website. The application form takes about 10 minutes to fill out. Expect to enter some basic information about your business, address and contact information.

When you submit your application, you will be assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager who will follow up with you on your application, and help get you approved and onboarded.

Once your business is onboarded and your Luqra account is created, you can begin taking payments!
